F&B Coordinator

We are seeking outstanding candidate to join the pre-opening team of our luxury restaurant and events space in Gianyar, Bali.

• Responsibilities:

To coordinate and support Food & Beverage Department in administration and to liaise with all the other restaurant departments in order to ensure smooth F&B Outlets operation

• Oversee stock levels and ordering supplies

To be fully confident with all the F&B Standards of the Outlets and to follow all policies and procedures of the restaurant

• Control inventories food & beverage supplies as needed

Training staff to follow procedures

• Training staff for product knowledge and guest services

Records kitchen and restaurant refrigeration and freezer temperatures and reports any problems to maintenance personnel

• Organize staff schedules

• Requirements

:Preferably Bali-based

Able to speak English Communication and organizational skills

• Proven experience and strong knowledge in F&B, preferably in restaurant

Highly responsible & teamwork

Willing to be placed in Gianyar, Bali
