Manage food and beverage inventory and ensure its availability.- Conduct routine inventory checks and stock control.
Prepare daily and monthly operational reports for management.
- Monitor sales and costs to ensure targets are met.
Collaborate with chefs and management to develop and update the menu.- Supervise the presentation of food and beverages to ensure it meets standards.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure the workspace is clean and safe.
Support marketing and promotional efforts to boost sales.- Organize and manage special events and F&B promotions.
