Responsibilities

  • Develop design concepts that are simple yet elegant and functional.
  • Create sketches and design illustrations with a focus on clean silhouettes, simple lines, and the use of quality materials.
  • Select appropriate materials for each design, considering quality, comfort, and aesthetics.
  • Choose minimalist and harmonious color palettes to create an elegant impression for each collection.
  • Oversee every stage of production to ensure quality and attention to detail are maintained.
  • Monitor current fashion trends while focusing on timeless design concepts that are not influenced by seasonal trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, production, and product development teams to ensure the designs align with the brand's vision.
  • Provide input for photoshoots, promotional campaigns, and marketing materials related to new collections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the fashion industry, with a portfolio that showcases minimalist and elegant designs.
  • Proficient in hand and digital sketching techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrics, textures, and sewing techniques.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and aesthetically sensitive.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Understanding of the fashion market and relevant trends.
