- Job Description: As a Butler you will be responsible for providing personalized and professional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and memorable. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
Greeting guests and offering assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.- Managing guest requests and ensuring all needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Providing detailed information about the hotel's amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Coordinating room service, housekeeping, and other hotel departments to meet guest expectations.
Handling any guest complaints or issues with discretion and professionalism.- Assisting with the packing and unpacking of luggage, arranging transportation, and making dining reservations.
Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and common areas.
Previous experience as a Butler or in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
