Position: Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP)

Location: Site PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park, North Maluku.

Overview:

We are excited to launch our Fresh Graduate Development Program (FGDP) designed for recent graduates in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering. This program offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a dynamic, fast-paced mining environment. Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Metallurgical Engineering.
• Having more than 1 year of Internship or Professional Experience in High-Pressure Acid Leaching (HPAL) is a plus.
• Proficiency in English is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a challenging and multinational work environment.
• Ability to work in a remote location under a Fly-In Fly-Out roster system.
