2. Understanding flowchart of Fiberline process

1. Responsible,prepare forecast raw material chemical consumption for pulp making and pretender raw material chemical.

2. Supervise, coordinate, and handling job for upgrade equipment and plan with capex and project.

3. Responsible guarantee equipment and Follow NCR if any abnormality

4. Responsible for trouble shooting, interlocking,and parameter process operation

5. Report to manager pulp making for abnormality condition production, quality and another improvement.

6. responsible, lead to protect the environment by preventing pulp spillage, liquor spillage, chemical leakage, overflow to storm water.

7. responsible, lead in maintaining the required level of safety standards for all respective areas / section in fiber line department.

8. Undertake responsibilities in environment Management committee, as fiberline's PIC for Waste water management.

9. Responsible on ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001-2007 program, development and implementation.
