Job Deskripsi
Mampu memimpin dan mengelola kinerja Tim Field Collection termasuk memberikan pengarahan, training dan dukungan untuk memastikan pencapaian target collection
Memberikan pengawasan dan control terhadap pencapaian KPI masing-masing kolektor
Memiliki kemampuan untuk menganalisa data dan membuat strategi untuk meningkatkan pencapaian target Collection
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap prosedur dan peraturan Bank dan regulator
Mengidentifikasi area-area dalam proses collection yang masih perlu ditingkatkan agar lebih efisien dan efektif.

Pengetahuan tentang berbagai layanan dan proses perbankan
Keterampilan mengoperasikan Microsoft Office
Pemikiran analisa dan keterampilan komunikasi yang baik (baik lisan ataupun tulisan)

The Bank was established on 27 April 1971 under the name of PT Bank Pasar Pagi Madju. In line with the change in its status from a retail banking to a commercial bank in 1989, the Bank's name was changed into PT Bank Bintang Manunggal (Bank Bima). This business activity caused the Bank to change its name to PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia or known as Bank KEB Hana. However, in 2020, Bank KEB Hana yet again made a brand change to Bank Hana.
