Job Objective:

• Evaluate and improve investigation process
• Correspondence to the related health institution if needed
• Improve claim service performance by minimize claim leakage
• Coordinate with related Dept and external related Claim verification

Key Requirements :

• Educational Background: S1/S2 Major: Medical, Public Health, Nursing
• English skill: proficient verbal and writing
• Work Experience: 5 years
• Professional Qualifications: Having experience at individual insurance industry (Claim Dept)
• Microsoft Office
• Good on communication and correspondence
• Behavior competencies: trustworthy, accountability, service oriented to clients & cross functional departments, teamwork
