Job Desc: - Daily Visit Mex/agent Kios total 25 Agent per day
Daily Push Linked Bank and Transaction Mex 10 per day- Maintain Existing and new agent to be active and productive
Education to all segment agent on area focus online or offline
- Update Competitor activity and price market
Create local program or initiative program to get optimal revenue- Daily report to leader about the day activity area
Lead the tim under Area Focus tobe perfom by KPI and target
- Maintainance Reguler or agent kios on area focus
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (S1)
- Preferably experienced in Field Sales / Marketing Strong leadership skills to manage the team minimum 1 year
Owns a smartphone and is proficient in using digital applications- Excellent strategic planning and communication skills
Must enjoy fieldwork with high mobility and motivation
- Must own a personal vehicle and be familiar with the local city area.
