Job Description

Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective field sales strategies.
Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues.Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits. Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities.
  • Product Demonstrations: Present and demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their needs.
Territory Management: Plan and execute a structured sales approach within the assigned territory, including scheduling client visits, managing sales routes, and optimizing travel time.
Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close sales agreements with customers, ensuring profitable outcomes for the company.Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and report customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Market Intelligence:* Stay informed about competitors, market trends, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
