Field Service Engineer

Requirements:

• Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
• 5 years working experience as Field Service Engineer, handling Ultrasound products.
• English speaking and writing skills.
• at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
• in Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

• services including installation, troubleshooting, etc. as per customers request.
• and follow up customers complaints through phone, mail or other in timely and effective manner.
• customers satisfaction.
• revenue from distributors, end users for service contract, spare parts, labor service, upgrade, etc.
• with distributors and other related departments to follow up complicated problems as well as big projects.
