Finance Accounting and Tax Staff

Role Description

Financial Reporting:

Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts.

Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data.

General Accounting:

Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, such as journal entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Monitor and analyze financial transactions.

Tax Compliance:

Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns.

Ensure timely payment of taxes and adherence to tax deadlines.

Assist in tax audits and respond to tax authorities inquiries.

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, Accounting Software, and Financial Reporting

Excellent analytical skills

Experience in Retail Online Shop is a PLUS

Have experience handling financial report, journaling, and taxation

Good understanding of local tax regulations

Attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and organizational skills

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Have high responsibility, commitment, loyalty, and discipline in work

Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
