Job Description
Finance & Accounting
Oversee accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
Manage general ledger and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded.
Coordinate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Implement and maintain internal controls over accounting processes.
Prepare and review financial statements and variance analyses.
Liaise with department heads to improve financial performance and cost control.
Monitor changes in laws and regulations that affect accounting practices.
Cash Flow Management:
Oversee cash flow planning and ensure fund availability and implement policies for effective cash management.
Audit and Taxation:
Coordinate with external & internal auditors for the audit process.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate financial results and strategies and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Team Leadership and Development:
Report Line: Senior Finance Manager
Lead and develop the finance and accounting team
