Finance Accounting Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Responsibilities:

• Leading the finance, accounting, and tax function
• Supporting Board of Directors in all business reviews
• Managing the budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning process
• Generating reports & analysis to assist in decision making
• Managing banking relationships, cash management and other treasury related activities
• Ensuring compliance with financial processes, systems and policies
• Providing oversight on tax, internal controls and audit related matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• Have minimum 5+ years of solid experience in a similar role with proven advisory and compliance experience across finance, accounting, and tax fields
• Strong analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• English proficiency in professional setting and could speak Mandarin (conversational/professional/passive) is an advantage
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders.
