Job Overview:
As the Finance and Accounting Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing the financial health of our organization. You will be responsible for leading a dedicated finance and accounting team, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee all and day-to-day accounting activities for the company
Manage inventory reporting of stock and assets
Perform monthly and annual closing process
Oversee the daily journal process
Conduct financial analysis and provide continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations
Manage audits and tax preparation
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports and provide financial analysis for the company and the group
Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree major in Accounting
At least 5 years of working experience in Accounting, experience in Tax would be an advantage
Able to communicate effectively with stakeholders of all levels
Exceptional presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English
Strong leadership skills but at the same time able to be a good team player
