We are seeking an individual to join our team as Finance & Accounting Manager Overseas who will be responsible for one or more countries (outside Indonesia).
Job Description :
- Develop and manage annual and multi-year budgets that are adequate for the organization's needs including preparation of periodic budget forecasts
- Prepare and maintain cash flow analyses as needed
- Manage finance & accounting lifecycle
- Assist in preparing year-end books for audit
- Perform regular financial analysis
- Assist in reconciling all balance sheet and income statement accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis as indicated by the monthly closing schedule
- Evaluating financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts and identifying the country's financial status
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related major
- Minimum 8 years in FMCG / Distribution Company responsible for finance/accounting, reporting, and FP&A
- Have experiences handling overseas business
- Fluent in English
- Good communication skill
- Experience in using SAP
- Willing to be placed in Overseas Country (On-Site)
- Willing to be placed in Bandung (On-Site)
