Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance & Accounting Supervisor at XFoods in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Finance & Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing financial statements, utilizing analytical skills, managing finance processes, handling accounting software, and preparing financial reports on a day-to-day basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing and controlling the companys financial activities.
- Issuing invoices, managing payments, and ensuring accurate financial records.
- Preparing monthly and annual financial reports.
- Implementing effective financial policies and controls.
- Performing regular outlet and bank reconciliations.
- Identifying and monitoring costs and revenues.
- Managing cost control in all areas, particularly in restaurant operations.
- Supervising and guiding the finance team.
- Coordinating with external financial parties such as banks, tax offices, notaries, and government offices (Dispenda).
- Presenting financial reports and analysis to management and external partners.
- Ensuring compliance with tax regulations, especially in the food and beverage industry.
- Proficient in using ERP and accounting software such as Accurate and ERP ESB.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial management in the food industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in accounting, particularly in cost control for restaurant chains.
- Experience in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting Software
- Strong Analytical Skills & Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software like Accurate and ERP ESB
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
