Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Provide financial insights for strategic decision-making and business planning.
Accounting Operations:
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledger management.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions.
Tax Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (corporate income tax, VAT, etc.).
- Oversee tax filings and reporting, and implement tax optimization strategies.
Financial Reporting & Analysis:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor key financial indicators and recommend actions to improve profitability.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor finance, accounting, and tax teams to ensure performance and professional growth.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Identify financial risks and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance, accounting, and tax management, preferably in the retail or automotive industry with multi branches.
- In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to guide and motivate a large finance department.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong understanding of the retail automotive industry's financial dynamics.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high levels of accuracy under pressure.
