Work Environment
We are looking for a Finance Administrator cum Executive Assistant to support the expansion of our activities in Energy. You will report to Country Manager, Tractebel Indonesia. You will be responsible for the overall Finance Administration and Executive Assistant.
You will be integrated in Tractebel Energy community, a worldwide network of Energy specialists keen on sharing their knowledge.
All your missions have to be performed with the highest standards of Quality / Safety / Legal / Ethics.
Missions
Provide all finance and administration supports and act as an Executive Assistant. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, other external partners.
Manage accounts receivable and payable, as well as expense.
Evaluate and optimize financial controls and procedures
Prepare expense reports.
Coordinate with the third party for the financial information as requested.
Keep records of invoice and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements.
Gather, analyze and interpret relevant financial data.
Keep abreast of regulatory requirements and best practices in financial administration.
Manage executives calendars, schedule and set up meeting.
Draft, review and send communications on behalf of company executives.
Answer and respond to phone calls, emails and messages.
Organize and coordinate travel arrangements.
Handle office-management duties.

Bachelor's degree in a business administration or related discipline from an accredited public university.
Minimum 2-4 years experienced in the finance or accounting roles, preferably in the energy projects.
Working knowledge in General Accounting principles and practices.
Experienced in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable management.
Working knowledge in general ledger and month-end and year-end closings.
Experienced in reconciling bank statements and cash flow monitoring.
Proficiency in processing and managing invoices, payments, and expense reports.
Familiarity with financial regulations and standards to ensure compliance.
Experience in preparing documentation for internal and external audits.
Proven ability to maintain accurate financial records and proper documentation.
Solid analytical skills for identifying financial discrepancies and providing solutions.
Proven track record of improving financial processes and systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Solid writing, reporting and presentation skills.
Independent, proactive, and self-motivated.
Great team player and solid interpersonal skills.
Reliable, well organized and result-oriented.
Fluency in Bahasa and English.
