Job Description:
IPO Prep: Collaborate with FAT teams to prepare financial documents for the IPO process.
Analyze finances to set offering prices and optimize capital.
Ensure compliance with all securities regulations and stock exchange requirements.
Coordinate due diligence efforts to provide accurate information to potential investors.
Assist in creating presentations and communication materials for investors.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
5+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on IPOs.
Strong understanding of securities regulations and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Proven track record in executing IPO transactions.
Possess strong connections with private and regional banking institutions.
