Partner with business units to review sales and expense performance, ensuring return on investment and monitoring profitability.
Develop and implement a robust system for customer profitability tracking and measurement (monthly P&L).
Support the budgeting and forecasting process, including system and process improvements, while collaborating with other departments to guarantee reliable forecast assumptions.
Provide decision support for tenders and business deals negotiated by business partners, ensuring accurate costing and promoting realization.
Champion a strong business partnering role within Combiphar, fostering collaboration and driving financial excellence.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Partnering, Management Accounting, or Finance role at the Manager/Senior Manager level.
Experience working in a multinational company is a plus.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a positive attitude towards work.
