Job Summary: As a Finance Business Partner in the manufacturing sector, you will support strategic decision-making by providing in-depth financial analysis and data-driven insights. You will collaborate with the operations and management teams to ensure cost efficiency, productivity, and profitability across all production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop and monitor budgets and forecasts, and provide monthly financial reports with improvement recommendations.
- Cost Management: Oversee production costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency enhancements.
- Product Costing: Develop robust transparency on the production at the SKU level. Preference on the experience of the implementation Activity Based Costing
- Strategic Decision Support: Offer financial insights to aid in strategic decisions related to investments, product development, and capacity expansion.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate on process improvements to boost efficiency and monitor KPIs to achieve financial and operational goals.
- Risk Management: Identify financial risks in manufacturing and develop strategies to mitigate them while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with various departments to align financial strategies with operations and provide financial training to enhance decision-making.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in finance business partnering, with specific experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders.
