We are seeking an accomplished Finance Director with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector to join our client based on the Indonesian ideal of Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost accounting and financial management, providing strategic direction to drive business growth and operational efficiency.
About the Finance Director opportunity:
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Develop and implement financial strategies and cost management practices to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Lead cost accounting functions, including cost analysis, product costing, and variance analysis.
- Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage cash flow, investments, and capital expenditures to ensure financial stability.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial plans and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, tax laws, and international accounting standards.
- Supervise and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other financial institutions.
The successful candidate will have extensive (10+ years) in financial management within the manufacturing sector, with significant cost accounting expertise.
Still and experience needed:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CPA preferred).
- Proven track record of strategic financial planning, cost management, and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in cost accounting, financial modeling, and analysis.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements in Indonesia.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
