Position Title: Finance Manager
Reports To:
Operational Manager Finance
Employment Type: Full-time at Office
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.- Manage the month-end, quartal, and year-end close processes.
_2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
_- Develop and maintain the annual budget and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis.
- Provide financial projections and analysis to support strategic planning.

3. Cash Flow Management:_
- Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity.
Optimize the company's financial resources and investment strategies.- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions.
_4. Internal Controls and Compliance:
_- Develop and maintain robust internal control systems.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Coordinate any internal and external audits and implement audit recommendations.

5. Team Leadership:_
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.
Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.- Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and systems.
_6. Strategic Financial Planning:
_- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
Participate in strategic initiatives and projects, offering financial expertise.
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate finance activities.

7. Systems and Processes:_
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of financial systems.
Continuously improve financial processes for efficiency and effectiveness.- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.

1. Education and Experience:_
- Minimal Bachelors degree in Finance Management or related field; Master degree will be preferrable
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in same position as Finance Manager.- Experience in a similar industry or business environment is an advantage.
_2. Technical Skills:
_- Proficient in financial management software (e.g., Sunfish, SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modelling.

3. Leadership and Communication:_
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
_4. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
_- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to think strategically and provide actionable insights.

- Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with ERP systems implementation and optimization.- Knowledge of international accounting standards and practices.
