Finance manager (Bali)

About the customer :

Customer is a company specialized in marina and floating harbour equipment supply, installation and maintenance. With two factories in France and Canada, sales offices in about 40 countries, and more than 8,000 projects installed across five continents, the customer has lifted itself as an international leader in its field.

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Asia Pacific Area Director, the Finance and Administrative Manager will play a crucial role in the implementation, development, and growth of the regional office. This position involves overseeing financial operations, coordinating with international accounting firms, and ensuring compliance with local accounting standards. The role demands a self-driven and highly motivated individual with a strong background in finance and administration

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the finance and accounting operations for the Asia Pacific region.
  • Coordinate daily tasks with HQ in France, and accounting firms in Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow for each entity.
  • Follow up on financial dashboards and monthly reporting.
  • Review monthly journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Oversee payment processes and review payments.
  • Analyze financial statements.
  • Review tax reports for each country on a monthly basis.
  • Manage annual audit processes and prepare statutory reporting in compliance with local accounting standards.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance companies and banks.
  • Prepare letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Process invoices and manage office budgets.
  • Implement and maintain office administrative systems and procedures.
  • Participate in ad hoc projects and system enhancements as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting/finance or full professional qualification
  • 5 years of regional experience in an international company or audit firm.
  • Knowledge of XERO is a must.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on, committed, and possessing strong communication skills.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian; proficiency in French or another Asian language is a plus.

Salary :

15.000.000 - 25.000.000 jt net based on experience
