Job Summary:
Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our hospital in Semarang. Reporting to the hospital General Manager, the ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of finance, accounting, tax, IT, procurement, GA, and cashier functions. This is a full-time, permanent position with growth opportunities within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all financial operations of the hospital in Semarang, including accounting, tax, procurement, and cashier
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the growth and profitability of the hospital.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, budgets, and other financial reports.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, credit, and collections to ensure the financial stability of the hospital.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional growth and development.
- Oversee the procurement process and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other financial institutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and make strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Willing to be based in Semarang
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the healthcare / hospital industry.
- External auditor experience is a plus
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial management.
- Experience in managing a team and working with cross-functional departments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
