Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including budgets, forecasts, and financial statements
  • Manage the company's cash flow, ensuring that there is enough money available to pay bills and other expenses
  • Prepare financial reports for management, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
  • Collaborate with other departments to support financial analysis and reporting
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payments
  • Assist with financial modeling and analysis
  • Identify financial risks and work to mitigate them to protect the organization's financial stability
  • Prepare invoices and quotations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of finance
  • Demonstrated understanding of tax regulations
  • Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis methodologies
  • Strong aptitude for analytical thinking and problem-solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Have a personal laptop to support daily jobs
