- Assist in monthly financial closing process
- Supervise to make proper accounting methods and policies which comply to the accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Futher development and strengthen finance operation system, processes and people
- Ensure proper implementation to internal control policies
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university 8 years of working experience in the finance/accounting department for a high-growth organization or a start-up company
- Proficiency in MS Excel and GSheets
- Proficiency in in accounting software/ERP (preferably Oracle NetSuite)
- In-depth knowledge of accounting and taxation compliance
- High attention to details and accuracy
- Self-driven, highly motivated and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Have a multi-tasking ability and can work independent as well as in a team
- Fast learner with a high level of accuracy in completing the work
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
