Hi! We are PT Putera Mahkota Indonesia, distributor of Brand K18 and GHD in Indonesia! We are currently looking for an experienced Finance & Operation Specialist to work with us. In this role, you will play a vital part as an executor in finance, accounting, tax, payroll, and office management to support our overall FAT and Office Operation function
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate financial, accounting, and tax reports in accordance with company policies and deadlines, including cash flow statements, accounting records, and other reports required by the company.
- Ensure that all financial, accounting, and tax transactions are verified in line with transaction evidence and applicable policies.
- Ensure that the process of receiving and disbursing funds is conducted in compliance with company policies.
- Monitor accounts receivable to ensure there are no uncollectible debts, with regular oversight and analysis of outstanding balances.
- Implement payroll policies in accordance with company regulations, ensuring that employee compensation is accurate and paid on time.
- Manage financial risk control through the preparation and submission of annual tax reports (PPh 21) and the payment of PPh 21 in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure all household needs are met each month and that office maintenance is carried out weekly in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure regular maintenance and repairs of company-owned vehicles to keep them in optimal working condition and ready for use.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, tax, payroll, or office operations.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, tax regulations, payroll processes, and office management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt as business needs change.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, a good team player, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
