Position: Financial Analyst Supervisor
Location: Site PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park, North Maluku.
Overview:
We are looking for a Financial Analyst Supervisor to join our dynamic team at PT Indonesia Weda Bay Industrial Park. This role involves working on a comprehensive mining program, collaborating with various contractors, and supporting strategic financial decisions in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collate, review, and prepare monthly & weekly key performance reports for various stakeholders using data from the Cost Control and Finance team.
- Conduct monthly reviews of actuals vs. plans and provide explanations regarding variances to the management team.
- Provide key insights and analysis on performance results, highlighting commercial and operational drivers to support recommendations for optimal financial performance.
- Collaborate with joint venture partners finance teams to meet each entity's financial reporting requirements.
- Assess the financial viability of projects and programs through financial modeling to identify key drivers for optimizing project value.
- Review and provide recommendations on capital expenditure applications, contracts, and major operating cost decisions.
- Conduct financial controls on ore sales operations and resource inventory management, focusing on margin improvements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English; excellent communication skills.
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis or commercial roles in an owner or consultant company, with proven records in accounting, cash flow, and balance sheet-based KPIs.
- Experience in mining, energy, or process industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation; comfortable operating with MS Office, SQL Server, and PowerBI.
- Exceptionally well-organized with an aptitude for data analysis, enabling translation of raw information into strategic insights.
