Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and contribute to our continued development.

- This job has responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Prepare management reports and financial analysis for the executive team and board of directors- Coordinate and oversee external audits, liaising with auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion
Lead the annual budgeting process, working with department heads to prepare and consolidate budgets
- Develop financial forecasts and models to support business planning and strategic initiatives
Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations- Identify financial risks and opportunities, advising on corrective actions when necessary
Establish, implement, and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial information
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards
Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring the availability of funds to meet operational needs- Review and approve financial transactions, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, with at least 2 years in a leadership role- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy
