Prepare financial statements, develop annual financial budgets, and analyze and control budget variances.
Prepare, maintain, and analyze financial reports and primary data from the general ledger system to ensure data accuracy.
Build a finance team and improve project financial control systems.
Manage corporate financing, project acquisitions, tax planning, audits, risk control, and develop and analyze profitability models for the company's business model.
Ensure appropriate accounting and business controls are in place to protect company assets.
Research and analyze competitors financial reports and market trends to provide insightful information that aids in both short-term and long-term decision-making.
Collaborate with the IT department at headquarters as the finance department leader to support and lead ERP launch projects, oversee monthly ERP settlements, and be proficient in SAP operations.
Conduct monthly financial closing and reporting, ensuring financial statements (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Management Reports) comply with IFRS GAAP and PRC GAAP requirements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields from a reputable university; a Master's degree is preferred.
Over 10 years of experience in financial analysis and business model financial analysis (5 years for managerial level).
Proficiency in Indonesian, Spanish, or English is preferred.
Work experience requirements: 3+ years in a Big Four firm and 2+ years in the private sector.
Extensive practical experience in accounting (general ledger, FP&A reporting, budget planning, project control), tax compliance, and audits; experience in cost accounting in the manufacturing sector, with knowledge of manufacturing cost transfer logic.
Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and local Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Proficiency in ERP systems (Oracle or SAP).
Ability to analyze, prioritize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Must possess a positive attitude and adaptability to changing workloads and job requirements.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills needed to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Work experience in Asia-Pacific countries is required, with preference for those experienced in Indonesia and knowledgeable of local laws and regulations. Strong risk control and compliance experience, with a keen risk awareness and strong financial data analysis skills.
