Our client, a Manufacturing company located in Demak, Central Java, is looking for a talented Financial Planning and Analysis Manager with 3 - 5 years of experience in financial planning and management.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Analyse current and past trends in financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profitability, working capital and cash flows.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic initiatives.
- Conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario analysis.
- Supporting the management in strategic planning and decision making by providing relevant financial analysis.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Being a key role for annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting process, coordinating with various department to develop comprehensive and realistic financial plans.
- Analysing variance of actual vs budget as well as vs forecast.
- Identifying action plan for room of improvement.
- Work closely with department heads to understand their budgeting needs and provide them with financial guidance.
Reporting:
- Preparing, analysing and presenting comprehensive financial reports.
- Developing and maintaining dashboards to track key financial metrics.
- Ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards and regulations.
Financial Technology and Improvement:
- Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data and reporting systems.
- Continuously evaluating and improving financial planning, budgeting and reporting process.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate financial systems.
Team Leadership:
- Managing and mentoring a team of financial analysts.
- Fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Providing training and development opportunities for the team members.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics pr related field;
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial planning, financial analysis, financial control and management;
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting;
- Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standards (IRFS) and financial technology (especially Power BI);
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and financial software such as SAP, Hyperion, etc.;
- Experience in the manufacturing industries and multinational companies (would be highly preferrable);
- A willingness to be located in Demak, Semarang;
