Financial Planning and Analysis Senior Officer

Monthly Salary:

• IDR 12.000.000 - 15.000.000

What you will do:

• Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts.
• Analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and historical data.
• Create budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Coordinate the budgeting process, involving multiple stakeholders across the organization.
• Monitor and control costs to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Support annual financial audits and any ad-hoc assignments as needed

What we looking for:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in major Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related field; added value in audit firm (preferrably big 4)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
• Having experience in preparing consolidated financial projections.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
• Familiar with ERP system
