Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate process of management report review, analysis, budgeting and forecasting with all business unit
• Compile and analyze the budget utilization proposal from all department for both Operating Expense and Capital Expenditure
• Conduct comprehensive analysis regarding proposal from any department against budget, forecast or historical data
• Monitor and control cost (SG&A) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
• Provide current and past financial report analysis, identifying trends, and communicating the insight related to SG&A
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support decision making, cost benefit analysis and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting from reputable university
• Have minimum 3 years of experience in Cost Control or Financial Planning & Analysis or similar role
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office and Accounting Software
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping processes
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
