Job Description
Get to Know the Role
The Aftersales/Pool Lead will oversee the car pool operations, ensuring efficient management of incoming services, body repairs, production, and parking areas. This role specifically needed to handle premium/EV/ return to pool products. You will work onsite in in our BSD Pool and you will report to the Manager.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
Operational Management
- Oversee daily operations of the car pool, including service intake and vehicle maintenance.
- Coordinate with service providers for repairs and maintenance.
- Manage the parking area to ensure space use.
- Manage daily operation collaborate with sales & planning to make sure vehicle supply enough & controllable
Team Leadership
- Manage the aftersales team especially on Pool, providing guidance.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages collaboration.
Customer Service
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
- Implement feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
Inventory Management
- Manage inventory levels of spare parts and supplies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure procurement of necessary materials.
Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance, service metrics, and customer feedback.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Compliance And Safety
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team and during operations.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
- 4 years+ of experience in fleet management or after sales operations.
- Experience managing team.
- Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.
- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and standards.
- Capable to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Familiar with carpooling system & mechanism
