- Leadership & Supervision:
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the front-of-house staff.
- Lead by example, serving as a role model for the team.
- Manage shifts independently, ensuring smooth operations.
- Act as a point of contact for staff during shifts, providing guidance and support.
- Always driven with a clear mindset, strong, and motivating spirit.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly.
- Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- 3. Operational Versatility:
- Well-versed in all sections responsibilities, including hosting, food running, and on-floor service.
- Capable of stepping into any front-of-house role as needed.
- Effectively manage and perform under stressful situations, especially during peak hours.
- Able to manage assigned side duties and responsibilities well.
- 4. Staff Training & Development:
- Assist in staff training, development, and scheduling.
- Conduct useful briefings and training to improve staff abilities and skills.
- Train and motivate new servers or subordinates.
- Enforce restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Fully concerned with legal matters, rules & regulations, and basic labor laws.
- 6. Decision-Making & Innovation:
- Make necessary decisions to ensure smooth operations.
- Initiate new ideas and determine improvements for the restaurant.
- Self-motivated, always driven with a positive mindset.
- 7. Operational Knowledge:
- Understand all aspects of restaurant operations, including products, human resources, costing, budgeting, customers, market, and strategy.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
- Understand the company goals and directions, aligning the team with the restaurants targets.
- Show concern and care for the restaurants and companys establishment.
- Manage assigned side duties and responsibilities well.
- Conduct opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed.
- Ability to work long hours, aligning with the demands of a restaurant environment.

Ability to remain upright and move throughout the floor area during a shift
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
