- Location: Canggu, Badung - Bali
Resolve customer complaints or issues
- Putt takeout orders in containers or bags
Process discounts and coupons- Answer customer questions
Book reservations
- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies
Closing or cashing out the register at the end of the day- Process the payments and providing change and receipts
Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
Work experience as a Restaurant Cashier or in a similar role
Familiarity with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS Strong communication and time management skills
- Customer satisfaction-oriented
