Key Responsibilities:- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers tables quickly and accurately.
Assist servers in delivering large or complex orders.- Ensure that orders are complete and correctly plated before delivery.
Address any customer service issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.- Assist in preparing and stocking service stations with necessary supplies.
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service.
- Handle customer inquiries and requests with a positive attitude.
Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new customers.- Follow all health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation standards.
Support other restaurant staff as needed during busy shifts.
- Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team.- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods and carry heavy trays.
