Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a waitress at El Greco Bali located in petitenget are. The Food Server will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking and delivering food orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Food Server will also handle payment transactions and assist with maintaining a clean and organized dining area.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and food delivery
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time and lift heavy trays
