Job Overview
As a Franchise Coordinator, you will be a primary point of contact, support and service for a designated franchised country(s) and/or brand(s).
Job Responsibilities :
- Listen carefully and actively to franchisees, take notes, solve issues and follow up accordingly in due timeCoordinate with internal HQ team to bridge franchisees of what they need
Join brainstorming marketing plans- Act as a brand ambassador always
Organize and schedule franchisee team members trainings regularly in coordination with the training department and HR
- Replying to calls and emails from franchisees and or his team in the appropriate manner and in a timely fashion without neglect
Evaluating problems arising from franchised operations and reporting them to the Supervisor- Communicating and updating franchisee with new products,procedures, documents, manuals, forms and all other approved materials
Gather important and sensitive data and assist in analyzing the data collected
- Maintain updated files regarding franchisee and the locations as well as the contact lists of their team and affiliates
Coordinate orders and requests arising from franchisee with the appropriate department and follow up.- Assist the Franchise operation department in different tasks and procedures
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in business development, strategic planning, or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.- Can speak english well, high self driven
