Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Freelance Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development within the blockchain or fintech industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential partners and clients, and driving the adoption of Sphynx Labs products and services.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the DeFi and broader crypto space.
- Develop strategic partnerships with businesses interested in integrating crypto payments and DeFi solutions.
- Explore opportunities to expand Sphynx Labs market presence in target regions.
Sales Activities:
- Promote and sell Sphynx Labs suite of products, including the Sphynx SuperApp, SPay Financial Services, Hyper Pools, and the Sphynx Crypto Visa Card.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by developing effective sales strategies and executing them efficiently.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners.
- Serve as the main point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Market Research:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the DeFi and crypto space.
- Provide feedback to the product development team based on client needs and market insights.
Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts for the management team.
- Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and approaches.
QualificationsExperience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology, and the cryptocurrency market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Proficiency in English is a must; additional language skills are a plus.
- Comfortable working remotely and using digital communication tools.
