We are seeking a skilled Freelance Operator for Live Shopping to join our innovative team on a project basis. As a Live Shopping Operator, you will be instrumental in creating engaging live shopping experiences that leverage influencers reach and authenticity to drive sales. This role requires technical proficiency in live streaming, a keen understanding of influencer marketing dynamics, and the ability to execute seamless broadcasts that enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate live streaming equipment, ensuring high-quality audio-visual output for live shopping broadcasts featuring influencers.
- Manage live shopping broadcasts across various platforms (e.g., Instagram Live, TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Lazada Live, Tokopedia Live, specialized live shopping platforms) in collaboration with influencers.
- Coordinate with brands and talents to effectively showcase products, provide demonstrations, and drive sales during live broadcasts.
- Monitor live interactions, dashboard, respond to viewer comments and inquiries in real-time, and foster a positive and engaging viewer experience.
- Conduct pre-event testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize streaming settings to ensure seamless live shopping experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Live Shopping Operator, Live Streaming Technician, or similar role, ideally within an influencer marketing or digital advertising agency.
- Proficiency in operating live streaming equipment, familiarity with streaming software/platforms, and knowledge of e-commerce integration.
- Understanding of influencer marketing strategies, content creation, and audience engagement techniques.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to evolving campaign requirements.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, based on influencer availability and campaign schedules (Monday to Sunday, 5 PM - 12 AM).
