Fresh Graduate Trainee

The Fresh Graduate Trainee Program is an immersive 3-month training initiative tailored for recent graduates interested in kickstarting their professional journey in the lens manufacturing industry. As part of this program, participants will gain hands-on experience with the manufacturing processes involved in producing optical lenses, starting from the beginning to the end of production. This program offers a unique opportunity to build essential skills while working closely with industry professionals in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/Diploma (S1/D4) degree in Physics, Physics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about working in the manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in English (preferred).
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Recruitment and Selection:

Recruitment and selection processes will take place in November 2024. This includes screening, interviews, and other assessments to select the best candidates for the program.
