Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Office Manager at Aryaduta Hotel Group in Bandung. The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, managing reservations, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Front Office Manager will be responsible for coordinating with other departments and ensuring effective communication within the hotel.

- Office Administration and Front Office skills
- Strong customer service and customer satisfaction focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software
- Prior experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is a plus
