Front Office Manager will report to General Manager
Front Office Manager will responsible to planning, organizing and directing The Front Office, Front Desk Agent, Telephone Operator, Reservation, Concierge and Driver.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers expectations
- Increase customer satisfaction level, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
- Be responsible for customer service, building, and equipment management
- Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to deliver optimal services
- Implement strategies in alignment with strategic initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Monitor operations and trigger corrective actions
- Collect and analyze data to find places of waste
- Commit to CHSE (Cleanliness, Healthy, Safety, Environment Sustainability) and Sapta Pesona Implementation
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics, and performance targets to ensure effective return on investment.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in the same position
- Strong interpersonal and Communication skills
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Optimistic, Fast decision making and Energetic
- Able to work independently and in a team
- High working knowledge in problem-solving and well served in operational strategy
- Strong character and dynamic
- Having experience REALTA system is advantage
- Willing to be placed in Cisarua, Bogor Area.
