Frontend Developer

Primary Job Role :

As an IT Front End Staff, you will be responsible for designing and developing the user interface of our digital products. You will work closely with the IT team to ensure that our products are visually appealing, easy to use, and accessible across various platforms.

Job Description :

1. Collaborate with designers and IT team members to create and maintain the user interface of our digital products, including web and mobile applications.
2. Use front-end programming languages such as JavaScript to develop user-friendly interfaces.
3. Develop and maintain coding standards and guidelines for user interface development.
4. Conduct user research to understand user behavior and preferences to inform interface design decisions.
5. Ensure that the user interface is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities.
6. Troubleshoot and debug issues with the user interface as needed.

Job Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of front-end programming languages JavaScript.
3. Experience with front-end development frameworks Vue.js
4. Knowledge of web design principles and user interface design.
5. Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
6. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Key Performance Indicators :

1. Develop and implement at least two new user interface features per month.
2. Ensure that user interface development adheres to coding standards and guidelines.
3. Maintain a high level of user satisfaction with the digital products by conducting user research and making appropriate design changes.
4. Reduce the number of user interface-related bugs by 20% within the first six months of employment.
