As a Business & Commercial Partnership Team, you must have great understanding and eagerness to the opportunity by helping businesses growth and drive key insights related to business and product/program development to protect and improve the customer and seller experience. You will focusing on expanding product selection, identifying areas where we can cost out our fulfillment operations and pass savings on to Sellers, participating in build all of the systems and tools to allow sellers manage their sales and inventory in a balanced way.
- Acts as a liaison with Management to ensure a full understanding of business strategies, plans, performance, and risk-related issues at the business unit level
- Responsible to manage merchant engagement and acquisition and set the target & criterias for potential merchant to be approached join FBB
- Responsible to conduct merchant introduction and training periodically, including prepare updated pitching deck, training and Warehouse visit schedule collaborate with Merchant Care Team
- Monitor and maintain sales and active merchant growth will meet expectations and KPIs
- Act as a Business Planner to review, propose & recommend SKUs to be consigned, maintain relationship and identify merchant's pain point and develop short term & long term solutions
- Involve in back-end and front-end system development to improve FBB Page traffic and accommodate merchant problems/needs by providing real-time data and reporting
- Set and determine promotion plan/schemes and budget estimation, define the achievement target and monitor the result of each promotion/campaign execution
- Prepare benefit and reward schemes for best performer merchant
- Responsible for the successful completion of tasks with high-performance standards and building a good relationship with internal and external parties
Qualification:
- Min. S1 any major from reputable University
- Min 3 years experience in Business Planner/Key Account Manager/ Strategic Partnership.
- Experience in e-commerce or fulfillment service
- Strategic vision and analysis
- Excellent business judgment
- Strong general management skills
- Willing to start the employment with 6-month contract at the beginning
