Job Responsibilities:
- Make lesson plans for classes and teach English to kids aged three to eighteen
- Use electronic media and EF-developed courseware to teach English efficiently and effectively
- Maintain student and class records
- Monitor students development, evaluate student progress, and communicate this to parents
- Provide ongoing guidance for improvement to both students and their parents
- Continually strive for self-development and attend regular developmental sessions
- Assist in the placement testing and interviewing of new students
- Participate in social activities with students organized by the school
Qualifications
- Indonesian English Teachers: Hold a bachelor's degree (preferably English Education/Literature) & English proficiency level minimum C2
- Strong communication skills
- Flexible and proactive
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and passionate about teaching
