Job Description

Identify potential financiers and funding sources to support company growth.
Develop and implement strategies to acquire funding from various financial institutions, investors, and other funding sources.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the finance and funding sector.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for funding and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to align funding strategies with company goals and objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential financiers.
Negotiate terms and agreements with financiers to secure favorable funding deals.
Monitor and report on the status of funding acquisition activities and progress.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in all funding activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in a sales or business development role within fintech, P2P lending, or multi-finance industries.
Strong knowledge of finance, funding, and sales processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with financiers and key stakeholders.
Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
